Justin began his construction career in 2007 with Wynn Site Development in Raleigh as an equipment operator progressing to grading foreman within one year of joining the company where he spent 3 additional years.  Next, Justin went to work for Duke Lazara as a Project Superintendent covering grading, clearing, paving, concrete and utilities for his initial two years with the Company prior to his promotion to Field Operations Manager for his next two years.  Upon leaving Duke Lazzara Development, Justin joined J. Smith Civil as a Project Superintendent managing grading, clearing, paving, utilities and concrete for a period of 6 months.  From J. Smith Civil, Justin joined Allen Grading Company where he spent two years as Project Superintendent.  Following Allen Grading, Justin spent 3 years at Terrahawk as a Project Superintendent.  Justin then founded and operated Crossroads Development in early 2021, which he ultimately sold to his partner in early 2023.  Justin joined Icarus in 2023 where he leads grading and clearing project management.  Justin has extensive experience operating all types of site work machinery, with the exception of operating paving equipment.
